Andy Conigliaro is the Founder and CEO of The Pinpoint Path.

As an accomplished coach and proven operations, finance, and business strategy executive with 20+ years of building successful teams and transforming and scaling technology businesses.
In 2019, Andy decided it was time it was time to shift his career to focus on what energizes him most: connecting with leaders and leveraging a 1+1=3 mindset to generate outstanding outcomes, lasting fulfillment, and motivating perspectives for others. Since then, he has coached over-extended leaders across industries and levels from a place of personal experience and a passion to serve and support.
Philosophically, Andy exudes an authenticity to relate, a confidence to achieve, a humility to grow, and a passion for meaningful connection.

Based outside Boulder, Colorado, Andy enjoys hiking, keeping fit with CrossFit and Pilates, and contributing back to his community, specifically in service of disadvantaged children. He and his wife are blessed with two amazing sons and two adorable dogs.
